Kansas is number 10 on the list. The state has some of the best gun laws in the country, liberal gambling laws, and some good private education laws. Concealed carry is legal even without a permit in the state and a wide verity of firearms are available due to the relaxed gun legislation. Gambling among peers is illegal but the state has opened doors to gambling in the form of casinos. The state also does very well with its private education and school choice laws.
