Shortly after being sworn in, Omar tweeted (without an iota of evidence) that Senator Lindsey Graham was compromised because of his newfound support for the Trump administration, despite being opposed to candidate Trump in the Republican presidential primary.
This argument is nonsensical; it is quite the leap to suggest that the administration has “dirt” on Graham. When pressed on CNN, the congresswoman admitted she had no proof, and chalked up her provocative Tweet to an opinion based on what she had seen.
