Congressional Democrats used today’s press conference to push for impeachment, imperiling their majority.
Mueller made clear Trump is NOT exonerated and that AG Barr is a liar. Mueller did his job now it’s time for Congress to do its job. No more hiding behind the special counsel. Enough is enough. It’s time to #ImpeachTrump. We can’t wait for 2020. The time is NOW!

Chairman Nadler: “Given that Special Counsel Mueller was unable to pursue criminal charges against the President, it falls to Congress to respond to the crimes, lies and other wrongdoing of President Trump – and we will do so.”

Special Counsel Robert Mueller just said that “charging the president with a crime was not an option we could consider” under DOJ policy.
It wasn’t lack of evidence. It was DOJ policy.
He said that this “deserves the attention of every American.” He’s right. Congress must act.

Special Counsel Mueller makes it clear that his investigation did not “exonerate” Trump, and directly contradicts Barr’s public statements.
Barr should resign, and Congress should open an impeachment inquiry into the President’s potentially criminal acts. https://t.co/IovdGvDbPT https://t.co/hIE6SbWOFB
