San Francisco has long been a safe harbor for illegal aliens, but tragically not American citizens like Kate Steinle.
The 32-year-old was shot and killed in July 2015 by an illegal immigrant at San Francisco’s Pier 14.
Steinle’s death came after the city refused to tell ICE about the man’s release from lockup shortly before.
