Former CIA Director General Michael Hayden said Hillary Clinton has “personal responsibility” for the attack that led to the deaths of four Americans.
Appearing on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Friday, Hayden insisted Clinton that while she isn’t “personally accountable,” or has “personal guilt,” she has “personal responsibility as secretary of state” for what occurred.
“And if something that critical didn’t get to” Clinton, Hayden explained “she’s also responsible for the system that she governs that it didn’t get to the seventh floor at State Department. But not any kind of moral or legal culpability.”
