Last month Trump finalized the process of creating Space Force, Space Force will be the 6th branch of the US Military and will have a focus on protecting the United States from anything and everything in orbit. This may seem silly and unnecessary to some but as satellites and orbital weaponry becomes more advanced this branch is needed for the defense of the nation.
