It appears that the FBI decided to reopen their investigation into Hillary Clinton as part of the ongoing investigation of her top aide’s husband, alleged pervert Anthony Weiner. Per the New York Times Jonathan Allen:

Weiner is being investigated over allegations that he sent sexual messages to a 15 year old girl. Weiner said he was “filled with regret” and did not directly deny the incident. He is currently separated from his wife, top Hillary aide Huma Abedin.
