What do Hillary’s top advisers think about their judgment? Specifically, the company they keep? Not much:
Leaked emails reveal Hillary Clinton adviser Neera Tanden slamming Hillary and Bill’s poor judgment.
Tanden, who heads up left-wing nonprofit Center for American Progress, assessed the Clinton’s judgment in a February, 2015 email to Clinton campaign manager John Podesta.
The email’s subject line reads, “Brock/Bonner,” referring to Clinton allies David Brock and Mary Pat Bonner. Brock and Bonner “Are a nightmare,” Tanden said, adding a link to a Washington Post story, “Big donors holding off making pledges to pro-Hillary Clinton super PAC.”
“Sometimes [Hillary and Bill Clinton] have the worst judgement,” Tanden went on to say.
Brock is a former conservative activist turned Clinton acolyte. He’s the founder of Media Matters for America, a left-wing watchdog group. Per Hot Air, Tanden’s not the only one who feels this way:
Last week I wrote about a leaked John Podesta email in which Neera Tanden, president of the Center for American Progress, and Podesta refer to Media Matter’s David Brock as an “unhinged narcissist.” I suggested that remark, which Tanden amplifed as “unhinged soulless narcissist,” might be hard to recover from. But it turns out that wasn’t the only time Tanden and Podesta threw shade at Brock.
On May 12, 2015 the Washington Post published an article about Brock’s plans to have his Correct the Record PAC coordinate directly with the Clinton campaign. That prompted Think Progress editor Judd Legum to send an email to Neera Tanden the next day saying simply, “This makes zero sense to me.”
Tanden forwarded that message to John Podesta adding, “I’m not their biggest fan but this does seem shady.” Podesta replied, “Brock $ machine!”
Read more at Hot Air. It seems like Brock had some ideas that bordered on illegal coordination between the Clinton campaign and associated Super PACs. It seems like managing Clinton corruption is a full-time job for Podesta and Tanden.
