North Carolina GOP Director Dallas Woodhouse pushed back at the North Carolina NAACP on MSNBC this week after the group claimed county election officials were unfairly suppressing minority voter turnout. The NAACP filed a lawsuit demanding the officials restore the voter registrations they had canceled because of returned mailing, and a federal judge ruled on Friday that they had to comply.
Woodhouse, however, does not believe the NAACP’s allegations and pointed to what he said is the actual source of low voter turnout: a Democratic “depression problem.”
In other words, people aren’t showing up to the polls because they know that come Inauguration Day, Hillary Clinton may be wearing some metallic hardware.
