You know the Clinton campaign is incredibly nervous when they call in Beyonce and Jay Z. And so does Donald Trump. In response to the impromptu concert for Hillary, Trump had this to say:

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump during a campaign rally Friday blasted Democratic challenger Hillary Clinton for campaigning with celebrities, boasting that he doesn’t need the help of other famous people to draw big crowds.

Trump’s comments came during a rally in Hershey, Pennsylvania, as he was assessing the size of his crowd.

“We are going to do it. Oh boy we are going to win. We are going to win Pennsylvania big,” Trump said. “I hear we set a new record for this building.”

“And by the way, I didn’t have to bring J-Lo or Jay-Z — the only way she gets anybody, I am here all by myself,” he added. “Just me, no guitar, no piano, no nothing.”

Trump is absolutely right. There’s been a massive enthusiasm gap when it comes to the Dem candidate, particularly among young people and African American voters. Whether or not that enthusiasm is enough for Trump to knock off Crooked Hillary absent a well organized groundgame remains to be seen, but if it is, it could change the political landscape forever.
