Assault weapons aren’t being sold to the public. Since the 1930’s they have been subjected to strict laws and regulations including a tax stamp from the BATF along with strict registration. And don’t get caught without the proper paperwork. Assault weapons don’t apply to simiautomatic rifles. So don’t fall for the bullshit from the commiecrats

It matters not what weapon is ‘justified’ as being subject to restrictions. Our Constitution specifies the Right of Americans to Keep and Bear Arms, and prevents the government from infringing on those rights. Americans don’t seem to notice how these campaigns are designed to prompt THEM to give up their Bill of Rights. Why are Crime Rates so high? Because prisons are being emptied of violent criminals, who–sadly–will not reform their behaviors, and resume their criminal activities. Some of them carry weapons, even though they’re not legally entitled to do so! Some of those weapons are Assault Rifles! So, if law abiding Americans have to coexist with these reprobates, they had better arm themselves with comparable gear. This is not to mention the actual Spirit of our 2nd Amendment: The means for American citizens to wrest tyrants from our government, by force, if necessary. If that government disarms Americans, you can kiss our freedoms goodbye.

Assault rifle: There is no definition! Therefore, any politician can make any definition they want, put it on legislation restricting the Second Amendment, and justify it with ‘assault rifle’ An ‘assault rifle’ in 1776 was a muzzle loader! This is a smoke word to deny the use of ANY gun by Citizens of the USA!
