Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) has a penchant for hitting back hard at her own party for their out-of-touch rhetoric and insane policy agenda. As expected, she didn’t demur from expressing her frustration on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” when she discussed how the 117th Congress’s first piece of legislation involved removing all gendered pronouns and titles from Congress:
“It’s the height of hypocrisy for people who claim to be the champions of rights for women to deny the very biological existence of women … It shows how out of touch with reality they are,” Tulsi said.
“Their first act as this new Congress could have been to make sure that elderly Americans are able to get the Covid vaccine along with our frontline healthcare workers … But instead of doing something that could actually help save people’s lives, they are choosing instead to say well you can’t say mother or father in any of this congressional language.”
Tucker ended the segment with a pointed quip: “No wonder they called you a Russian spy, it was dangerous having you in the Democratic Party.”
