Ronald Reagan Would Be Spinning in His Grave If He Saw His Son

Ron Reagan, the 61-year-old son of former President Ronald Reagan, topped Google search during the Democratic Debate last night and he wasn’t even on the stage.

The unabashed liberal spoke in a commercial aired during the debate for a prominent atheist group, going so far as to declare himself a “lifelong atheist” and “not afraid of burning in hell.”

Fox News’ Caleb Parke reports:

“Hi, I’m Ron Reagan, an unabashed atheist,” he said in the 30-second spot, “and I’m alarmed by the intrusion of religion into our secular government.”

Asking people to support FFRF, which he describes as “the nation’s largest and most effective association of atheists and agnostics, working to keep state and church separate, just like our Founding Fathers intended it.”

Signing off, the Gipper’s son said, “lifelong atheist, not afraid of burning in hell,” which caused quite a stir online.

The ad isn’t new, but it was previously rejected by ABC, CBS, NBC, and the Discovery Channel.
