Nancy Pelosi said the quiet part out loud, and appears to have exposed what she’s really thinking – if you deport the immigrants, then who will give us cheap labor?

Reminiscent of The View’s Kelly Osbourne saying, “If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet”, Nancy Pelosi doesn’t actually care about illegal immigrants seeking a better life, or anything of that nature, she wants cheap labor. Democrats regularly act big heated and caring about migrants, but then revert back to arguments such “they do the jobs that Americans won’t do”. However, Americans never stopped farming, it wasn’t until Americans were uncut by illegal immigrants that they stopped being employed for farming – who would hire an American to farm for $15 an hour when you could pay an illegal immigrant much less?

According to FoxNews.com:

The comment was clearly a dig at Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., for moving two planes full of illegal immigrants from his state to Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.

Responding to a question about the topic during the press conference, Pelosi began by admitting that there needs to be both border security and openness to migrants. She said, “The fact is, is that, uh, we have a responsibility to secure our border. We also have a responsibility to recognize the importance of newcomers to our nation. Right now the best thing we can do for our economy is have comprehensive immigration reform.”

She then added, “We have a shortage of workers in our country, and you see even in Florida some of the farmers and the growers saying, ‘Why are you shipping these immigrants up north? We need them to pick the crops down here.’”

The Federation for American Immigration Reform’s Twitter account wrote, “For Democrats, mass immigration checks two boxes: 1. More future voters 2. Cheap foreign labor.”

New York Post author Miranda Devine explained, “Apart from the fact she can’t speak properly, and is nasty, it’s illegal to employ illegal migrants. It’s also disastrous for a country not to make a distinction between legal and illegal migration. At least we have less than six weeks left of this piece of Pelosi.”

Pelosi’s remarks reverberated around Twitter, with many Twitter users mad at the remarks. The remarks were considered insensitive, but also, a look into how Democrats view migrants.

At a time when Democrats aren’t doing well with Hispanic voters, considering them to be nothing more than cheap farmhands certainly isn’t going to help.

  1. Nancy Pelosi is totally unaware of the huge decline in crop growing and harvesting by ‘stoop’ labor. Florida and CA are rapidly being beaten by automation and alternative means of year arouind roduction elsewhere of many fruits and veggies. She is equally ignorant of the huge success of the Trump years that improved the lot of the less fortunate half of every so-called minoirity group.

If Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton died and left no others to force contributions to avoid charges of image racism, we would only have to change the media that sees it as a way to stay profitable.

She may be eight years younger than I am at 90, but she is ‘light years’ behind in terms of history of agriculture and manufacturing.

  2. Pelosi having been born with a silver spoon in her mouth and no compassion wouldn’t know how to associate with others who have had to struggle to make a living, worrying about how they would afford food and a place to live for their families. Pelosi is sickening and with hope she will reap what she sows.

  3. If old Nanny would sober up for little while she might remember that there are crops that need picking in California too.

  4. The Democraps are the largest group of racists in America. They are the party of the KKK and Jim Crow.

  5. Thank you for helping enlighten people’s minds to realize that Pelosi is a person who needs to return to California and sit quietly in her rocking chair inside a padded solitary room.
