Virginia’s Second Congressional District

In Virginia, Republicans battle to challenge Democrat U.S. Rep. Elaine Luria, who is trying to keep her R+6 seat. State Sen. Jen Kiggans appears to be poised to win the GOP nomination. She is a former Navy helicopter pilot endorsed by GOP leadership in the U.S. House, as well as the Freedom Caucus’ Congressional Leadership Fund.

  1. Seems if we got back to the basics one day to vote no early voting no extended time to vote and certainly no mail in ballots unless disabled or a limited number based on verified proof of need.

  2. Here in Alabama, I see few, if any, Demon-crats winning this year. I noted that the Demon-cratic candidate for US Senate has yet to have even one campaign ad on tv or radio. I honestly expect Katie Britt to handily win that seat, especially after her ringing endorsement from Trump.
