The new sci-fi series ‘Star Trek: Discovery’ has now taken wokeness to a whole new level, by giving failed former Democrat Senate candidate Stacey Abrams a cameo on the show as the ‘President of United Earth.’
As The Daily Caller reports:
Abrams is a huge Star Trek fan, according to Decider. She’s appeared on Star Trek podcasts, spoken openly in interviews about her love for the franchise, and even compared her candidacy for the Georgia governor’s seat as sitting in the “captain’s chair,” the outlet reported. Abrams did a deep-dive interview with NowThis Nerd in 2020 where she detailed how Star Trek has shaped her as a woman.

Abram’s cameo on the show as the President of United Earth was a surprise to fans, as there was no prior announcement or tease of her appearance, according to Decider. In the episode “Coming Home,” Abram’s character visits the “Discovery” to officially accept an invitation to join the “United Federation of Planets.”
“We wanted to lock it down at every stage of the game,” Michelle Paradise, “Star Trek: Discovery’s” co-showrunner and writer of the finale episode, told Decider, “We didn’t want that to get ahead of the show, and we wanted that to be an organic moment, for the audience to experience that in the moment. Everyone on our whole team was on board… It’s not as hard to lock those things down when everyone is on the same page.”
Paradise went on to tell the outlet, “When we got about halfway through [the season], and were coming to the finale, we realized, we needed a face for this, [President of United Earth]. We needed someone to represent Earth, who can say the words, ‘Earth is back.’ … Stacey Abrams came to mind, knowing she’s a fan of the show, and all that she’s done for obvious reasons, all that she has done and continues to do.”
Perfect!b Put her on a rocket and launch her into space and she can pretend that she is someone relevant.

size has nothing to do with it, just sayin, Now brains and integrety that these film maker have shown, and the fact that star trek is a worn out movie does have. Abrams is a no-brain idiot. I would never watch anything with this dumb as. in it. She only has the race card to play and she does that terrible too. My advice is not to watch anything by these film makers, directors, producers, etc. But Abrams size is really not the issue because there are alot oof physical attributes that are negative with her…the one thata counts, again, is brains, ethics, and doing the right thing. On all of these counts she is in the high negative.

Used to watch Star Trek on TV many years ago. Now you watch them and see the terrible production, but I was a kid and did enjoy them back then. I haven’t watch Star Trek since then and glad I have not. Never watch this worn out movies again because of the stupidity of the people that fund them, produce them, hell the whole crew. Anyone that believes in this “systematic racism” and “white privilege” really are dumb as rocks and so why would anyone watch a movie that is made by really dumb people? To show how dumb these makers are… the put Abrams on and she is a total loser, she plays that race card ever day and she sucks at it.
Thanks for the forewarning, one less movie/show to watch. She hit the perfect genre…FICTION!
