If only the American people could get educated concerning the federal income tax and the taxing agency, they would stop giving their hard earned income away and would immediately realize that the IRS has no authority to operate within the interior limits of the 50 states per 4 USC 72, and they would see that their withholding of tax is voluntary on their part since they sign their name under penalties of perjury on a W-4 tax form.
