Two Fox News personalities have now unceremoniously quit the network over Fox Host Tucker Carlson’s controversial documentary on the January 6th incursion into the Capitol building.

As The Hill reports:

A pair of Fox News contributors have quit their roles at the network, saying prime-time host Tucker Carlson‘s recent documentary series examining the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was a breaking point.

Stephen Hayes and Jonah Goldberg, two leading conservative writers and pundits who have regularly appeared on the network since 2009, announced they had finalized their resignations from Fox following the release of Carlson’s controversial documentary.

News of the pair’s departure was first reported by the New York Times on Sunday evening.

“The special — which ran on Fox’s subscription streaming service earlier this month and was promoted on Fox News — is presented in the style of an exposé, a hard-hitting piece of investigative journalism,” the two journalists wrote in an entry on their political news and commentary website The Dispatch.

Carlson’s controversial series, entitled ‘Patriot Purge,’ promotes a view of the events of January 6th at odds with mainstream opinion, and at one point even suggests the events may have been a ‘false flag’ provocation.

I watched these documentaries and found them accurate & well done; the Left over hyped 1/6 while ignoring the BLM/Antifa riots/looting/murders…something wrong w/ these two derelicts.

Good Riddance!! It’s funny that the NYT points it out: “brand of conservatism that has fallen out of fashion”.

If these two were investigating, instead of sitting in their swivel chairs passing on, what they see and hear from their Marxist brothers, they would be able to call themselves journalist, finding the truth takes a effort and by the way, you can’t have an insurrection with out guns…did they check on that!!!

Never heard of them. They did Fox a favor now they can replace them with real journalists.
Apparently they drink the kool aide about the so called attack of the capital. Truth hurts. It was staged by that other party – The Dumb Asses. All the boo hooping was a joke.

Exactly! I haven’t seen Hayes and Goldberg on Fox in a long time. They’re apart of the Neo-Con cabal that began to fall out of favor with most conservatives a while ago. It’s so ironic how the media suddenly loves this group after being described as evil for decades.

Neo-con and Alt-right are just euphemisms for Progressive. Leftist words trying to assign their degrading characters onto conservatives.

If you happen to be a Trump-hater, the asshats on the left all of a sudden LOVE you! These two are Liz Cheney types for sure. Buh Bye! Have fun over at CNN and MSNBC.

Hayes and Goldberg are Never Trumpers and anything but conservative.
Just take a close examination of Goldberg’s manuscripts and books. His tone and attitude are very high brow. His (Goldberg’s) approach is very much similar to David Limbaugh. Each of these pundits attempt to make you think they’re the smartest people in the room.

I used to like Stephen Hayes until he began opining on the candidacy and then presidency of Donald Trump.

I will not miss either of those ‘contributors’. I found myself yelling at them too often to enjoy them. TTFN guys.
