Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) filed a lawsuit against far-left MSNBC host Rachel Maddow on Tuesday over insane claims she made in connection to the Russiagate conspiracy theory.
As The Daily Wire reports:
Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) filed a lawsuit against NBCUniversal on Tuesday over claims that Maddow made, suggesting that Nunes did not turn over a package he received from a pro-Russian Ukrainian lawmaker in late 2019.

But in a 17-page legal complaint, Nunes states that Maddow knew that he turned the package over to the FBI and alerted then-Attorney General William Barr at the time, but she chose to run the segment without asking him for a comment.
These “statements were a product of Maddow’s imagination,” said his lawyers, Madhu S. Sekharan and Steven S. Biss. “She made them up out of whole cloth in order to impute intentional wrongdoing to” Nunes.

All the networks are struggling. People just don’t watch their offerings, and their news hours have been characterized as propaganda broadcasts, so they’re singing to a diminishing choir. I don’t watch television at all. The old classic sitcoms (Gilligan’s Island, for example) and dramas are so much more entertaining. These programs can be streamed on the internet, and I have DVDs of those shows. I don’t watch sports anymore, mainly because there are too many ‘woke’ symbols and ‘taking a knee’ gestures sandwiched between those games.

Most likely, if the preponderance of evidence is sufficiently damning against her(it?..), an out-of-court settlement will be reached, and the whole matter will be quietly swept under the rug.
