GOP Rep. Ashley Hinson (R-IA) is now taking aim at Vice-President Kamala Harris’s role as President BIden’s Border Czar by introducing a resolution into the House to prevent any more taxpayers dollars from being used to fund travel for Harris until she finally fulfills her duties by actually visiting the US southern border.

As Townhall reports:

Vice President Kamala Harris is the appointed border czar in the Biden administration, but has yet to visit the southern border to witness the humanitarian and national security crises for herself. Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (R-IA) took note of Harris’ absence, while Republicans put the spotlight on the border crisis, and introduced legislation to hold Harris accountable.

Hinson’s resolution would block the vice president from using any more taxpayer funds for international trips before she visits the border.

Biden appointed Harris to deal with the border crisis nearly two months ago, but the vice president has made no public plans to travel to the border.

GOP voters will likely be cheered to see a new Republican voice stepping up to the plate to challenge Harris’s track record of incompetence and blatant hypocrisy.

These people all meet at the bar after their sessions. This Dog and Pony show is simply a ruse to ‘assure’ the American people that they are represented by their party. I’ll reiterate that such political positions were NOT the functions stipulated by our Constitution, which they swear to uphold (Apparently with their fingers configured with a King’s X…) Our government has no business addressing the American people by their gender, race, sexual orientation OR their “Nation of Origin”. They have specific duties to perform, and it appears those duties are ignored in favor of a politically expedient demagoguery.

All part of this do nothing administration when it comes to protecting the U.S. from foreign, criminal invaders, foreign cyber terrorist, foreign election interference, and foreign money buying up our land, companies and technology. These are the things this administration stands for, not doing the jobs they were assigned or illegally elected to do!

Now, give them your and my tax dollars from our hard earned income, and they’ll spend them on frivolous freebies for all the non-working individuals in a New York minute. That they’re good at! Worthless everyone of them!

Example (From personal experience) Our flight operations section received an inbound flight notification from KADW (Andrews AFB, MD) on a Gulfstream IV jet, military designation: C-20, with the Commandant of the Marines onboard. He was going to attend the retirement ceremony of a local marine sergeant. I can see this commander participating if the retirement was in the Washington area, but this flight was across the entire nation, and cost tens of thousands of dollars. I think perhaps the ceremony could have been more economically conducted, but these people do not regard those burdens placed on taxpayers.

Matthew Williams — I think you mean “reining in”— as in reining in a horse to guide or pull back on to stop or slow him. It’s not reigning or raining either!
