The highest paid person in the US Federal government has been revealed, and his identity has cause many observers to do a double take.
Dr. Anthony Fauci pulled in $417,608 in 2019, making him the highest paid employee in the entire federal government.
For comparison Fauci made more in 2019 than the Vice-President Pence, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and even President Trump (at least when you only include federal compensation).
As Forbes reports:
Dr. Anthony Fauci made $417,608 in 2019, the latest year for which federal salaries are available. That made him not only the highest paid doctor in the federal government, but the highest paid out of all four million federal employees.
In fact, Dr. Fauci even made more than the $400,000 salary of the President of the United States. All salary data was collected by OpenTheBooks.com via Freedom of Information Act requests…
$2.5 million. That’s how much Dr. Fauci, Director of the National Institute for Health’s (NIH) National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and current Chief Medical Advisor to the President, will make in salary from 2019 through 2024, if he stays in his post through the end of the current Administration, and doesn’t (or didn’t already) get a raise.
In a ten-year period between 2010 and 2019, Fauci made $3.6 million in salary. Since 2014, Fauci’s pay increased from $335,000 to the current $417,608.
It takes money to ensure you get the desired message disseminated to the public.

Fauci is a typical taxpayer trough feeding bureaucrat though. While the rest of us lose jobs or take reductions, government employees, and I must even say most teachers, simply continued to cash their paychecks. Get raises, as Fauci did and collect “covid relief” money.

Most government employees are not working. Only a small few just to keep the building running and some workers are working at home .
Absolutely no justification for that salary, given the fact that others have much more responsibility and work harder, i.e. any POTUS! Not surprising, just another fact on how government spends money…
