GOP leaders in the U.S. Senate are now investigating what many are calling Chinese ‘indoctrination centers’ at universities throughout the United States.
As the Daily Wire reports:
House Republicans are probing the extent of Chinese influence and propaganda on college campuses in the United States.
The ranking members of seven House committees cosigned a letter to Education Secretary Betsy DeVos on Monday asking for information on the department’s effort to tighten transparency rules for universities receiving foreign funding, according to The Washington Examiner.
“We write to seek a better understanding of the Department’s efforts to address unreported foreign direct investment into the U.S. higher education system,” the letter states. “This joint inquiry is in furtherance of Congressional Republican’s efforts to investigate the Chinese government’s propaganda and cover-up campaign surrounding this pandemic.”
The letter is signed by Reps. Virginia Foxx, Jim Jordan, Michael Rogers, Frank Lucas, Michael McCaul, Devin Nunes, and Mac Thornberry. The lawmakers requested the department turn over all communications, data, and preliminary findings related to the department’s investigation into U.S. universities that have underreported the amount of financial support they have received from foreign groups.
‘Confucius Institute’ are designed to teach students about Chinese language and culture and are reportedly funded by the Chinese Government. In addition many US universities are also been the beneficiaries of direct gifts from Chinese government tied entities.

Part of the problem is that today’s American young people are too spineless to acquire the discipline in mathematics and the physical sciences to grab those positions in top US graduate schools. The Chinese (as well as Koreans and other East Asians) do have the discipline, and see real beauty in math/science as well.

Robert is correct in many ways; however, he is forgetting the main idea here i.e., China has infiltrated our institutions of higher education, etc, but the US has NOT infiltrated the Chinese educational system. I don’t think you will be seeing any pro American institutions indoctrinating the educational system in China….not going to happen.

Why do they act like that is a surprise? College has been used against this nation since the end of WWII. Obama’s administration just really knew how to capitalize on it. Our children are being educated by socialist/communist college instructors. History is being rewritten to suit their agenda. Their agenda is to turn this into a one world nation under communist control. How is it in the least surprising that they are preaching how great the Chinese are on our campus?

Here in Michigan, we educate Chinese high school students in exchange for $10,000 per student. School districts get the per pupil State Aid PLUS $10k per student that the Chinese pay directly to the districts. The students are not allowed to participate in any school activities other than their academic classes. They stay in dorm-like settings and are provided meals by and oversight by people they bring with them. They are not to develop friendships with their American peers or engage in any type of cultural exchange. They attend school all day Monday thru Friday, then Chinese school after schools and on Saturdays. Now, the Chinese are requesting that we offer Chinese language starting in Kindergarten to our American students…all part of the agreement for us to educate their children in our schools! We have sold our souls to the Chinese for a few pieces of silver. This has concerned me greatly for almost 10 years. Is it too late to pull our heads out of the sand? WAKE UP AMERICA!

I know what my son was taught at Ohio State by the science profs, and i hate what they did to him. He died a few weeks ago but we don’t know yet what caused it, they didn’t test him for Covid because he didn’t have symptoms, then 5 or 6 days later they found people in their 30′ and 40’s were dying because the Covid was causing blood clots.
