Turns out Michael Bloomberg’s long history of spouting things normally not heard outside a Klan meeting, didn’t doom his primetime debut last night.

Aggressive attacks, particularly by Elizabeth Warren, seem likely to dampen Bloomberg’s meteoric rise.

Even if Bloomberg manages to revive his campaign, his history with women and decidedly un-politically correct remarks make it increasingly unlikely he can beat Trump.

In a just-unearthed 2011 video Bloomberg says many black and Hispanic men “don’t ‘know how to find jobs” and “don’t know how to behave in the workplace.”

Yes. He said that.

“There’s this enormous cohort of black and Latino males, age, let’s say, 16 to 25, that don’t have jobs, don’t have any prospects, don’t know how to find jobs, don’t know what their skill sets are, [and] don’t know how to behave in the workplace where they have to work collaboratively and collectively,” Bloomberg said in an interview with PBS.

It’s not the first time he’s said things on tape Democrats say is racist.

“Ninety-five percent of your murders, murderers, and murder victims, fit one M.O. You can just take the description, Xerox it, and pass it out to all the cops. They are male, minorities, 16 to 25,” Bloomberg said in a just-discovered recording of a 2015 event sponsored by the Aspen Institute.

What is it about him and “16 to 25 year old” black men?

In a 2013 interview with radio station WOR Bloomberg said: “I think we disproportionately stop whites too much and minorities too little.”

This could cause problems for Bloomberg, who has seen his support among black Democrats grow thanks to hundreds of millions of dollars in national TV ads.
