I was going to say the same thing. Neither Texas nor Oklahoma made the list, meaning the criteria is greatly flawed.

Major disconnect between the parameters used and real patriotism. Military enlistment has little to do with patriotism and more to do with a lack of jobs available. Many of these states are run by Democrats who push SOCIALISM and do not care about OUR nation.
/So whoeverr wrote this article should NEVER be listened to again.

I concur. The great state of Texas as well as Missisippi and others in the South have traditionally been credited with being the most patriotic based on service to others within the state/nation, and supporting national defense. I think the people who made the list weren’t concerned with national defense that much!

Not to worry Patriots. They are all just jealous because we were the only ones to be a nation first before joining the USA. Notice in the specs they stated highest rate per capita etc. etc.
They didn’t even mention once how many more military personal we have. And don’t forget the 6 million man quiet militia. Do you think antifa is ready for that many angry rednecks? No? Me either. I am proud to be an American. I am proud to be a Patriot. But I am most proud to be born a Texan. Just take a look at the population migration from the east and west coasts. They are coming to Texas and Florida by the droves. Texas, it’s another whole country. jwstx

. . . but be very careful, as more and more Texas is turning blue from all the liberals coming your way as they leave behind a state they have already ruined. . .I’m a Christian first and foremost, then a American patriot. . .I always thought Americans came from all the states, and though I love my home state of Missouri, I would never put it over Christian, American, or my family.

You’re correct about Texas. Texans are blind to the fact that nearly all of their major cities are run by the left. Those cities will soon control the vote in Texas, just like they do in NY, Commiefornia, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. Texas will be blue by 2024!

It also doesn’t help that they harbor the Bushes who have turned out to be Clinton and Obama supporters and New World Order supporters. And lets include the fact that Texas still has Lyn’Ted Cruz illegally in office – he is NT a US citizen!

I read somewhere that the worse words a Texan can hear are the following: “I just moved here from California. Where do we vote?” Remember the Alamo!

The criteria are not reasonable, thus producing meaningless results. For example, Virginia is on the list. To what Country is Virginia patriotic–Russia, China?

Colorado? pothead haven? Liberal government? That Colorado? Seriously? They have the Air Force Academy, that’s where your military score comes from–and notice, it still isn’t that high.

Ah, Minnesota! Home to a hippie governor and a truly dysfunctional mayor of Minneapolis, where people vote for people who enthusiastically support bloodthirsty thugs who want to overthrow the country.

Gosh, how much more patriotic can you get!

Missouri? Where pampered rioters go unarrested? A successfully closeted Liberal stronghold?

I question the judgment of the people who put this list together, and am really getting tired of commenting, as I’m sure more surprises are in store.

. . . we have a democrat legacy that has put St. Louis in a steady decline from a once great city, but to say Missouri is a liberal “state” is very misinformed. . .Missouri is one of the more RED states in the union and has been for some time.

Why did a Texas realty recently sell 100,000 acres to China? Should be illegal for any potential hostile nation to be able to protect do that, WHY would Texas and or US government allow it. For sure it won’t only be a business, but full of SPIES against the US allowed in the heart of America. What the hell !! I have family in Texas.

A PC list. Missouri is very patriotic save the many noisy
libs who infest St. Louis & KC.
and what does Peace Corp membership have to do with patriotism anyway?

This is beyound a joke! I challenge any of you so called Americans who wanna riot and show your heritage, come on down. If you think your lives matter, so does self respecting human beings of the race of mankind! ALL! Your ways of trying to make a point is about as dumb as the earlier movies starring Tarzan. The point you have made is just how stupid you really are. You’ve set your selves back another 100 years! Idiots!!!!

Thank the good Lord I live out in the sticks in Southcentral Alaska. More Vets per capita than any other state and my neighbors are God fearing fiscal and social conservatives, not to mention armed to the teeth. Bring this BLM Antifa crap to my neighborhood and they will be met with very neatly packaged individual doses of resistance.
