If there was ever a time to quit treating politics like a game, it’s when the FBI comes after parents who dare to fight for the last hope for this country, their children. What happens next decides the fate of the American experiment in self-government.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations is no joke, despite its recent and not-so-recent directors. This institution is immensely powerful, and patriots would be sensible to fear it. But good sense and virtue also demand a proper people’s rebellion against it.

Earlier this month, US Attorney General Merrick Garland directed the FBI and other federal law enforcement agencies to coordinate with local law enforcement on strategies for responding to “a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation’s public schools.”

Now, there’s not enough room in this column to expose every B.S. claim made in Garland’s letter, but it shouldn’t be necessary anyway if you just contrast his words with the hours and hours of school board meetings that have gone viral on social media in recent weeks and months.

Parents shouldn’t be discouraged from speaking out passionately, even indignantly at school board meetings. However, they may wish to consider that this letter from Garland signals the same sort of operations that followed his last Chicken Little declaration in May 2020 about white supremacism and far-right radical extremism.

Don’t forget that the “kidnapping plot” of Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer quickly followed that May 2020 pronouncement. According to Buzzfeed News, some of the 12 FBI informants involved “had a hand in nearly every aspect of the alleged plot, starting with its inception.”

“The extent of their involvement raises questions as to whether there would have even been a conspiracy without them,” the left-leaning news outlet reported.

Would the FBI infiltrate school board meetings or groups of parents planning to attend those meetings? Of course, they would, and likely already are doing so. After all, the head of the Detroit office for the FBI was promoted after the Whitmer incident to the Washington, D.C. office to oversee the investigation of the January 6 protest and riot in the U.S. Capitol.

Revolver News has covered the federal government’s undercover involvement in the January 6 event, but even that incident seems quaint compared to what’s going on now with the targeting of parents at local school board meetings.

The National School Boards Association lit the match that started this federal inferno coming down on parents. It was their letter to President Joe Biden on September 29 that claimed “domestic terrorism” and “hate crimes” were imminent threats at these local meetings.

One case cited on page four of the letter was that of Scott Smith in Loudon County, who was charged with obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct after public comment was shut down at the June 22 school board meeting.

Smith didn’t attack or threaten anyone. Quite the contrary. His ninth-grade daughter was allegedly raped and sodomized in the school bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt claiming to be gender-fluid. The school is accused of covering it up, the Daily Wire reported.

“Our nation’s public schools,” Garland calls them. Give me a break. His letter and the NSBA’s both clearly pander to one side of the debates over mask mandates, anti-white Critical Race Theory indoctrination, and hypersexual literature on kids’ library shelves. This notion of national public schools is absurd, but it’s useful for grabbing up more and more power.

The FBI must be stopped, defunded, and abolished.

Thankfully, the American people have at their disposal a rich tradition and legal doctrine that the FBI ultimately can’t overcome. It’s called saying, “No,” and this defiance is most effective when it takes the form of nullification or simply non-compliance, known and upheld by the Supreme Court as anti-commandeering.

None of this requires shuffling Republicans in or out of federal office, be it the House, Senate, or even the presidency. There’s no need to bring a lawsuit to federal court.

The agency’s origins go back over 100 years, roughly half the whole history of the federal government itself. Yet no national police or investigative force was ever inscribed in the U.S. Constitution.

What is in the Constitution is the Bill of Rights, which includes the Tenth Amendment. That amendment, the cornerstone of the entire framework of our republic, makes clear that the federal government has quantifiable, delegated powers, while the states and their respective peoples have all the powers not delegated nor prohibited to them.

State and local police aren’t perfect, but they’re inherently less prone to the longstanding corruption of the FBI. The best, perhaps only way to rein in the feds is a locally-based movement to reclaim the policing powers that D.C has usurped.

There are 16 states with Republican super-majorities in both state legislative chambers. What’s stopping them, or any red county for that matter, from introducing bills or ordinances to forbid their respective law enforcement entities from cooperating with the federal government on this matter?

Notably, Florida state representative and candidate for U.S. Congress Anthony Sabatini has introduced a like-minded bill against the U.S. Capitol Police.

The FBI’s budget is nearly $10 billion. Split 50 ways, that’s $195 million per state. Isn’t senseless violence up nationwide? Imagine what could be done with that money if it left D.C. and wasn’t put to use stoking the flames of a culture war or threatening a civil war?

Americans can take their country back and even come together on a platform of decentralization. The centralizers in D.C. predictably demonize nullification and anti-commandeering, but the fact is they depend on local and state support for their programs.

The American people must focus ever more deliberately at the local level and interpret this latest action from the FBI for what it truly is, an admission that they fear losing their unconstitutional powers to local resistance.

  1. JFK tried to fix the FBI and CIA – they killed him for doing so. This won’t be as easy as the article makes it sound.

      1. He was the first President To take the Cabal on! Next was Reagan. That is why this time its taking so long. They dont want to make one mistake or leave rats behind who can breed.

        1. No I believe it was Eisenhower with his warning of the Military Industrial Complex. We have had a few presidents that were elected by good conscientious voters and they were not part of an evil communist, elitist, world government, douchebag, power hungry, idiots!

  2. Wax on, Wax on, Wax on!!
Young fella me lad, you Waxed it on good!!
Very good be your written ideas, but they’re not new, I heard how dangerous the FBI will be in the future. They’re able to carry weapons, infiltrate organizations, etc.. Their power was started by a man who at the time needed that power to go after the bad guy. The commies were an early target.
John Edgar Hoover amassed great power by organizing a kingdom with him as the king. The FBI is a DC invention, utterly useless, as most Congressional members are. There isn’t any term limits for either the members of Congress or the “director” of the FBI. Both are exceedingly dangerous.
Congress is part of our Constitution, but the FBI is not, it’s an unnecessary and dangerous organization.

    1. But as you point out, and I did above the politiciaans use this as their agenda enforcement group, like the nazi SS. Hoover did use the FBI and not sure but that was when it could have started. The money thrown at them is obscene. I do hope we shut down a federal enforcement that is not in the consitution and has become the most powerful enforcement agency in America. Thsi is not what the founding fathers had in mind and these politicians have know this forever but se this agency. Time to disband and prosecute those who have abused the powers.

    2. FBI headed by Nazi Bush Senior (Not his real name) His name was Pestch or something like that Many Nazis escaped to America under falsified passports

    3. very well said and we have to ellminate the fbi as they have more power than the president because they know where the body’s are buried

        1. First of all…your a troll..a Biden loving piece of shit…and you have nothing to spew but ignorance…shut up and go away.Your stupidity is showing.

          1. I am now as before a CATHOLIC and will always remain so”
[Adolph Hitler, to Gen. Gerhard Engel, 1941]

  3. YES, have found that the police authorities have become a house of crooks, and criminals worse than those they arrest just as our government has gone in the same direction, if what ZI am saying is wrong then why is the FBI attacking so ti speak moms and dads for defending their children. Why is Hunter Biden not been arrested for a illegal firearm purchase. Why are the local police not arresting criminals instead arresting honest citizens for defending themselves and their families when criminals attack them, why are illegal aliens not deported, we can go on and on. The so called “police” do not and cannot protect the people from criminals, that is what the Supreme Court has stated in six separate decisions stating” it ius not the duty, obligation or job for police agencies toi protect a citizen it is the citizen that protects the individual and their familes. So why do we have police????? It makes no sense especially when they do nothing for the citizen.

  4. The fbi has lost virtually all credibility. It has become just another corrupt politicized governmental agency! Sad indeed.

  5. One might argue that the Treasury has a legitimate investigative purpose. So if the FBI were disbanded as an organ of the Department of Justice, it would just be moved to Treasury. One might make a similar argument about Commerce.

Most FBI agents are honest and very good at their “real” job, which is to detect and apprehend criminals.

Every FBI agent who has “infiltrated” a domestic political organization, as opposed to a criminal organization that claims to be political (I’m thinking here of the Red Brigade, Weather Underground, Black Panthers…) should be demoted or fired, and all the bosses who authorized it, up the line.

The list of “federal crimes” is far too large. It needs to be reduced to crimes against the official duties of the government, as expressed by the Constitution. Then the FBI needs to be limited to investigating those crimes, excluding crimes that ought to be investigated by Treasury or Commerce.

Downsize the empire, distribute functions to where they belong, limit FBI to do only what can be constitutionally justified, and eliminate the bad apples.

    1. We ARE, quite simply, TOO FAR ALONG with our moral decay and corruption. There are MORE 6 Figure income government employees than there are in the private sector NOW. This is SO Wrong. AND, how are you EVER going to pull off a “downsizing” and get these people to give up these cushy, “in the clover” careers?

  6. Eliminate cabinet-level departments that ought to be parts of state governments, and for which there is no Constitutional support: Agriculture (move Forest Service to Interior), Education, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Labor, move Transportation to either Interior or Commerce. Move military functions of Energy to Defense, demote the rest of Energy to an independent agency or move it to Interior or Commerce.

  7. I don’t believe in official shenanigans that involve lack of transparency. Undercover insinuation of government agents into organizations may seem necessary, but those activities can be widened at the discretion of the government. Take the so-called “War on Drugs”. Despite decades of announcements that cartels were deprived of their products, and dozens of mules were arrested during federal raids, there’s still a huge amount of illicit potions flowing across our borders, or aboard ships, planes and even submarines to satisfy the demand.

    Score one for the cartels.

Other activities would confound Americans, such as what three federal agencies were doing during the 9/11 attacks. Americans are now forced to squat and cough, while their luggage is Xrayed, their bodies scanned with metal detectors, and we’re even forced to disrobe while some DHS employee gropes us for our own good, because our federal agencies let us down. I get the impression that said federal agencies–even our military forces–are feckless, and they don’t have any effect upon crime or terrorism.

    1. There are simply WAY TOO MANY crooked people, CRIMINALS THEMSELVES, that are on the take and allow all of the CRAP to not only carry on, but FLOURISH.
AND___we are now about 30 years into NOT Appropriately, JUSTLY, penalizing ANYBODY for almost ANYTHING when they ARE caught. When you don’t impose Severe penalty for crime, guess what happens.

      1. Yes, the disgusting lack of (or ABSENCE altogether!) Punishment in this country is beyond Appalling.
        THANK YOU, LIBERALS! Stupid Assholes.
People that THINK Properly were FAR smarter than You by the time they were 7 years old! YOU ARE DESTROYING US!

  8. I have been saying this for weeks now, defund the FBI. they are jack booted thugs and the American people can get ride of them. These federal troops are just like the nazi SS. They intidimate people and are worthless. All the money given to them is a waste as it goes to political agenda enforcement, as shown by biden and crew.
Now you see the problem as both parties like this party agenda enforcement… Just sayin
Hopefully the merican people will take care of this. Hopefully by making their wishes known to politicians and holding politicians accountable for this. The Courts should have ruled on this many many years ago but then the courts are bought and paid for too.

  9. The FBI has become nothing more than than what used to be the East German stasi, and now they are the gestapo of the democratic party.

  10. Yes! They are deeply corrupt and breaking their Oaths just like corrupt con-gress! Comey and Mueller proved that with Killary fisa warrants corruption.

    1. DEEPLY! They’ve proven it in Many ways, but the whole Hillary “thing” was UNCONSCIONABLE CORRUPTION. We ARE, a Severely debauched country. When MOST of the people in government offices are Crooked, WHAT can be expected of the populace?
      This does NOT End well.

  11. The corrupt fbi should be defunded and that money given to our boys in blue. Wray and his cronies have destroyed what faith we had in them to watch our backs.

  12. thats why Jedgar Hoover stayed on at the head of the fbi for so long he bragged that no one would remove him from office because he had incriminating files on everybody it is like the fbi actually blackmails the whitehouse and congress because the fbi can find out everything about everyone

  13. Corrupt FBI…Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, CATHOLIC tra1tor retired, Replaced by Bowdich.
Comey, CATHOLIC tra1tor in FBI, Strzok, CATHOLIC tra1tor in FBI.
Lisa Page, CATHOLIC traitor..FBI AGENT LISA PAGE HATES PRO-LIFERS
Robert Mueller, CATHOLIC tra1tor in FBI. A lacrosse teammate and classmate at St. Paul’s School was future Massachusetts Senator and Secretary of State John Kerry.[13], CATHOLIC traitor.
[David] Bowdich, CATHOLIC tra1tor also has ties to Mueller. He was picked by Mueller in 2011 to handle the transition to a new FBI director after Mueller’s 10-year term expired. But that role become irrelevant after Mueller, [Christopher] Wray August 2017, was confirmed as FBI Director,, [Christopher] Wray began his legal career as a clerk for Judge J. Michael Luttig [CATHOLIC traitor] of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Ex-FBI agent John Guandolo. Guandolo [CATHOLIC traitor] resigned from his position with the Bureau in December 2008 after he was caught engaging in a sexual relationship with a key confidential source in the midst of a corruption investigation of a Louisiana politician.
There is not one AMERICAN on the SCOTUS. Almost all are CATHOLIC traitors. The rot is within. Vote for ANY CATHOLIC and you vote for a traitor.

  14. The commies in this country who have infiltrated our govt and education system keep pushing and pushing…at what point do we the people push back? The FBI has been compromised a long time ago…it is no longer the reputable law enforcement agency it once was…it is a politicized weapon run by Godless people…this is what happens when you take God out of your lives…the empty void is replaced by evil.Time to stand up.As God says…Be not afraid.

  15. Why is it that none of the mainstream media has mentioned that Mr. sanders daughter was raped by a male who ‘claimed he felt female and wore a skirk’ so he could legally gain access to the girls bathroom? That is what happens when we bend backwards to be tolerant and not recopgnize that there are peole who will take advantage whenever they can of naivity such as allowing guys in girls bathrooms or lockers. What should haoppen is Mr. Sanders should is the people who allowed that to become school policy should be arrestyed as conspirators after the fact. No one should be free of complicity in something so stupid. Boys will be boys and girls will be girls and they should not be in the same school bathrooms or lockers.

    1. Mr. Smith not Mr. Sanders. And I hope the teen who did that was arrested. If he does time for the crime he will probably learn the real facts of life in prison. He should not be spared prison because of his age. He committed a heinous crime against a young girl who will be haunted by this for a long time to come. Hold his parents accountable also. it is their job- not the schools- to teach their children the rights and wrongs of life.

  16. We should defund Congress, which might stop their cavalier spending of our money, defund school boards, they have become Woke zombies, move to relocate all congress persons and senators back to the State they were elected from, ban nepotism of any kind, forbid them from becoming lobbyist for at least 2 years after they leave office, see if Garland’s connection with the current and former democrats, maybe even Soros, affects his decision to threaten constitutionally protected dissent. Investigate how his son in laws business comes into place in his pro-CRT decision to visit Orwellian punishments on Parental rights. Just a few wish list thoughts…..off subject sure, but sometimes you need to let it all come to the surface.

  17. Nearly All of the Alphabet Agencies are Unconstitutional, and should be Terminated! The States and People have let the Federal Government Assume Power It is Not Entitled To! Time to Take Back What They shouldn’t Have! If the Feds Fight it Then the Bloodshed to Wrest Power from Them is On Their Heads!
