Besides compelling reports of voter fraud, social media actively worked to discourage millions of voters from supporting the president by suppressing a damning report about Hunter Biden, later validated after the Justice Department confirmed the existence of an ongoing investigation into the younger Biden’s financial dealings. After President Trump signed an executive order in May targeting Twitter and Facebook’s legal immunity provided by Section 230 of the Communications Act, the FCC is finally seeking to regulate social media platforms. The move comes on the heels of the moderation decisions by both tech giants to reduce the outreach or outright ban linking to reporting about Hunter Biden. Congressional Republicans subpoenaed both CEOs to testify about their respective network’s moderation choices on Oct. 23.
The elimination of Section 230 protections for Facebook, Twitter and Google may make them a bit more cautious in their censorship, but it does not change the fact that it is their platform and they will still be mining your personal info for their databases and their profit and political targeting. I suggest that another step is needed: personal information is OWNED by the person! It cannot be gathered surreptitiously, used for purposes the individual did not elect, or sold as a product to third parties. You MAY sell it, or you MAY sue when it is misused. The credit rating companies will hate this idea. Banks will have to make loans based on personal knowledge o the borrower. Tracking cookies on web sites will be decimated.

Restructure the FCC. They issue the license to operate. Pull their license if they brazenly show political bias on their platform. When the are shut down they will lose $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ MILLIONS $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ of dollars and that will change their attitude in a big hurry.
This is all TREASON and the Supreme Court has a duty to hear this case immediately FEFORE ANY INAUGURATION. They swore to uphold and support our Constitution.
