Remember, presidential campaigns aren’t a popularity contest. The Electoral College is king. Both Donald Trump and Joe Biden are fighting to get at least 270 electoral votes by winning a narrow sliver of battleground states. There are numerous possible outcomes, including the possibility of a 269-269 tie.
The House of Representatives chooses the next president in such a predicament, with each state delegation having one vote. A majority of states are needed to win, instead of a majority of representatives, which would all but guarantee a Biden presidency.
As Dan Backer explains:
Currently, the House delegation count is split 26 Republican to 24 Democrat. This is an election year for Representatives too, making it very possible for Democrats to pick up additional delegation majorities. In fact, it is a single seat in Florida and Pennsylvania away. Unbound by the popular vote, the party with the most delegations chooses the new president.
This should alert both Trump and Biden voters who are unenthusiastic about some of those down-ticket options. It has never been more important to vote the straight ticket to ensure your desired presidential candidate actually wins. [emphasis added]
Just as likely as an electoral college tie is for Democrats to pick up one delegation. The resulting even 25-25 split in delegations lacks a prescribed tie-breaker — sorry Nancy. The deadlock could continue until a deal is struck, a strategically placed special election occurs, or 2022 rolls around. So…then what?

The president does NOT have the authority to break that tie…ONLY the state governors and legislatures. Only one getting kicked to the curb is you.
The Democrat plan is to muddy the waters so much that when they lose, they can claim(again) Trump (the ignorant dolt) was so brilliant he “stole the election” again. I assure you several large cities will not be able to provide a final count due to mail in ballots with no signature, or improperly filled out. Then fraud votes will be found… Then 10,000 ballots will be discovered in a car trunk in Broward county. It will make Florida and Chads look like a picnic.
Trump proves all the time how he’s smarter than the commiecrats. They always get their asses handed to them by a guy who never held office before. They picked a retard for their nominee. That speaks volumes.
President Trump is very aware of the threat once he wins. He will have Military all over the Country to protect innocent people . Hence bringing the Troops home. The enemy is within!
Republicans poorly prepared voters for the presidential elections. I would blame the chairman of the Republican Party for that. She was not heard at all during the preparation of voters to vote for Trump and the Republicans. I also saw her on Facebook and realized that she was empty space. Over the next 4 years, voters must be prepared for the Republican elections for all important positions. For this, it is necessary to appoint a person instead of the current chairman of the Republican Party, who will take care day and night of the place entrusted to him.
