With the release of a treasure trove of still unchallenged emails from the laptop of the son of former Vice President Joe Biden showing collusion between Hunter Biden, his father and various foreign government entities, including Communist Chinese – the Democrat disinformation machinery swung into high gear. First, the establishment media ignored the New York Post story.
Then big tech – Twitter and Facebook– took the unprecedented and highly alarming step to totally ban any reference or link to the original New York Post story. The president of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, later apologized for this outrageous censorship, saying it was “wrong.”
Even more ominously, major media followed this blackout by ramping up the disinformation counter-spin. Various outlets began circulating totally unsubstantiated speculation – fanned by partisan hacks such as Democrat Adam Schiff – chairman of the House Intelligence Committee – that the emails were part of a nefarious Russian plot to hurt Biden – again without any factual substantiation whatsoever.
Literally – ZERO facts.
USA Today did an entire story based on one anonymous “person familiar with the matter” to push the narrative that the FBI was looking at the laptop “at least in part” to determine a foreign intelligence connection.
Schiff shamelessly went as far as to claim, “We know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin,” Schiff said on CNN, according to Fox News
None of this had any basis in fact, whatsoever, but the media echo chamber breathlessly repeated it.
The FBI having possession of the Hunter laptop gave these deceptive news reports a thin fig leaf of cover for the outlandish, baseless claims. The truth is that the FBI is likely investigating a myriad of potential high-level corruption, fraud and criminal activity by the Biden family, Biden business associates, and the former vice president himself, highlighted by the emails, than any hypothetical foreign intelligence connection.
Two Biden family business associates have already been convicted of fraud – Devon Archer and Bevan Cooney.
This blatant Democrat-led disinformation effort forced the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to state publicly in an interview with Maria Baritoromo on Fox Business News that there was no intelligence to suggest the Biden emails were connected in any way to foreign intelligence operations.
‘There is no intelligence that supports that,’ Director of National John Ratcliffe said to Fox Business News, adding that Hunter Biden’s laptop “is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign.” Ratcliffe goes on to say, “It’s funny that some of the people who complain the most about intelligence being politicized are the ones politicizing the intelligence.”
Ratcliffe added, “Unfortunately, it is Adam Schiff who said the intelligence community believes the Hunter Biden laptop and emails on it are part of a Russian disinformation campaign.” Ratcliff continued, “Let me be clear: the intelligence community doesn’t believe that because there is no intelligence that supports that. And we have shared no intelligence with Adam Schiff, or any member of Congress.”
“In this case, Adam Schiff saying this is part of a disinformation campaign and that the IC (intelligence community) has assessed and believes that — that is simply not true,” he said on Fox. “Whether it’s Republicans or Democrats, if they try to leverage the intelligence community for political gain, I won’t allow it.”
One senior intelligence official backed up Ratcliffe’s assessment, according to to Fox, stating:
Ratcliffe is 100% correct. There is no intelligence at this time to support Chairman Schiff’s statement that recent stories on Biden’s foreign business dealings are part of a smart campaign that ‘comes from the Kremlin.’ Numerous foreign adversaries are seeking to influence American politics, policies, and media narratives. They don’t need any help from politicians who spread false information under the guise of intelligence.
Despite the orchestrated campaign to deflect from the damaging content of the Biden emails, and the deception and corruption it shows, we can expect the issue to only get worse for the Biden family. Meanwhile, this entire sordid episode should be showing everyone that partisan domestic U.S. disinformation campaigns can be far more insidious and dangerous than any foreign intelligence operation.

I’ve been fed up with the “disinformation” (read BLATANT LIES) from the democrats for years – and the “atta boy” treatment they get from the lamestream media! I think most Americans are as DONE with it, and it was the reason Trump was successful in 2016 and will be again. Who wants to live in an America where you’re TOLD who to vote for, and what to think? That’s NOT my America!!
I love (wink wink) the “folks” thing they do with people. Especially to the elderly people. Trying to make people believe they are just “one of them” which we know is 100% not true and never will. Politicians live in their own realm. That is why we voted for Trump (and I will again) because I did not and do not want another one of the “good old boys” who have been in our government for years and years and never did one thing to help the average person. They all (with a few exceptions) become crooks.
