The Pentagon memo became public when it was quoted in a USA Today opinion piece on Friday.
Axios further reports:
In February, the Defense Department proposed cutting the $15.5 million in funding to the newspaper. But the House has since passed legislation that includes the funding through the 2021 fiscal year.

How is Trump winning here? First, he dodged the draft because anyone going to Vietnam was a “loser”. Then, he tries to shutter Stats and Stripes, but his plot is revealed along with example after example of Trump denigrating our military, and he’s forced to backtrack. It’s clear, Trump thinks everyone in the Armed Forces is a “sucker” for joining and putting their lives on the line for the USA.

First of all, Trump didn’t dodge the draft. He had legal deferments just like thousands of others. In fact he was never called to duty, so how could he possibly dodge it? More left wing BS.
