Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano is being accused in a lawsuit of sexually assaulting a man who faced arson charges in his courtroom in the 1980s.

Napolitano, 70, is being sued in Manhattan federal court for sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

He categorically denies all charges.

Law&Crime reports (warning: graphic content):

According to the complaint obtained by Law&Crime, in 1988, Napolitano lured Charles Corbishley to his New Jersey home under false pretenses and forced him to perform oral sex.

At the time, Napolitano was the judge presiding over Corbishley’s case on charges of criminal arson. His lawyer, Robert Hollis, was allegedly a self-described “friend” of Napolitano’s and successfully moved to have the case brought under his purview. Hollis then purportedly arranged for Corbishley to do yard work at Napolitano’s Hackensack residence–presumably in exchange for judicial leniency.

“Mr. Corbishley complied with his attorney’s request, and went to the residence as he had been instructed,” the filing said. “Upon arrival at the residence, Mr. Corbishley rang the doorbell, and Defendant answered the door. Plaintiff then handed over [a] Christmas card to Defendant ANDREW NAPOLITANO and told him that he was there to shovel snow.”

However, the lawsuit alleges there was virtually no snow on the ground. Supposedly not enough worth shoveling.

Unsure what to do, the 20-year-old Corbishley reportedly began smoking a cigarette before eventually following Napolitano inside while the judge made small talk. The filing then describes the moment Corbishley claims Napolitano pounced in explicit detail.

Defendant NAPOLITANO then approached Plaintiff CHARLES CORBISHLEY, and stated “you know, you could be going away for a long time.” As Defendant was speaking to Plaintiff, he proceeded to place his hand on Plaintiff’s shoulder, and forced Plaintiff to his knees. As he pushed Plaintiff down toward the ground, Defendant told Plaintiff to “be a good boy.” At this point, Defendant NAPOLITANO appeared to be masturbating through his clothing, moving his hand back and forth over his penis. Thereafter, Defendant NAPOLITANO pulled his erect penis out. Plaintiff Charles Corbishley was then forced to perform fellatio on the Honorable Andrew Napolitano, the presiding Justice on his criminal case.

Corbishley ultimately received probation and community service.

For the time being at least, Fox News is standing firmly behind Judge Napolitano after the television personality told his employer in the strongest possible terms that he’s innocent of all charges.

These people (the socialist left and their prosecutorial allies) will stop at nothing, dig up falsehoods from decades in the past, to try to destroy anyone that is perceived as conservative. Judge Roy Moore if Alabama comes to mind.

But it also begs the question; if he was charged with criminal arson, why did he just get probation and community service? Seems a little vague..will probably never know the truth!!

nobody body knows what happened except them two and God let it play out I am not a democrat but a Trump supporter but do not trust all judges have scene to many people screwed over by them especially years ago saw one judge open records that another judge sealed to let the prosecutor bring them up to convict a boy of selling pot with only the word of dopers because when they served search and arrest warrant om him there was not any dope to be found not even any residue in house or anywhere on property he ended up serving 4 years in prison and 10 on probation

Maybe because they were cowards NOT to support Bill O’Reilly and decided to grow a spine? Not every woman is little Bo Peep and I am tired of hearing them complain of sex “assault” AFTER their career is in gear. Nobody but you yourself makes a decision to play that game or not.

At one time I sat on a jury in a trial of a man accused of sexually assaulting a 16 year old girl. My question was: What 36 year old man would take a bottle of champagne over to the home of a 16 year old girl? Unless he had something on his mind and that was getting the girl drunk, which appears to have happened before, and getting into her underwear. It also came out at the trial that the father of the girl worked nights and left his 2 teenage daughters home alone. He was a single father. When it came time for the girls to testify, the 16 yr old came looking almost like little Bo Peep and her sister looked like a street walker. We the jury figured what had actually happened. The girls were known for putting out and the 36 yr old wanted some of it. He was convicted on the basis of Why would a 36 yr old man would want with a 16 yr old girl, that he would brig a bottle of champagne to her house? Any decent 36 yr old man would realize that it was a trap and not go anywhere near it. It was your comment about little Bo Peep that reminded me of that case.

Simple. Criminal arson can be proscuted as a felony, misdemeanor or simply criminal mischief. We have zero details. How the case is handled depends on the degree of injury, destruction, etc.
