FBI Exhibited KGB Level Behavior During Flynn Prosecution

General Michael Flynn’s lawyers have formally accused agents in the upper echelon of the FBI and the Justice Department (DOJ) of railroading the onetime national security advisor.

They allege DOJ prosecutor Brandon Van Grack cut a backroom deal with Flynn’s former defense team not to prosecute Flynn’s son — despite threatening Flynn with that prospect.

The filing by Flynn attorneys Sidney Powell and Jesse Binnall states that the government suppressed this exculpatory evidence until April 24.

But that’s not all.

Per Townhall:

Flynn’s new brief alleges that federal agents hid evidence, conspired to create crimes for Flynn, conspired to get him fired, made baseless threats, engaged in unlawful side deals, and then attempted to cover it all up. Forgive me for the language, but this is some KGB-level sh*t. Sometimes there’s no better way to say something than to call it as it is. The Flynn prosecution sounds like something out of a Putin-playbook. When did the FBI turn into the KGB

“[P]artisan FBI and DOJ leaders conspired to destroy Mr. Flynn … deliberately suppressed this evidence from the inception of this prosecution knowing there was no crime by Mr. Flynn,” his defense team wrote boldly yet reservedly. Had Flynn kept his prior lawyers, who pled him guilty to the bogus accusations, we would have never known that FBI and DOJ officials played KGB games with unsuspecting Americans. Powell and Binnall have exposed government abuses of power that we have only previously seen in movies — “corrupt agents at the top of the FBI.” Flynn’s new defense team achieved the seemingly impossible: they drilled a hole in the Iron Curtain that has shielded the deep state from public scrutiny, giving us a peek at the “public servants” acting as unscrupulous puppeteers of our justice system.

According to The Federalist’s source, an FBI official, the documents produced to Flynn’s team “will reflect poorly on the FBI.” Well, talk about an understatement! America is not a playpen for the FBI, Mr. Secret Agent Man!

Michael Flynn publicly declared his innocence after hiring the new defense team. “I am innocent of this crime, and I request to withdraw my plea,” is the essence of the Declaration he filed back in January. In it, he explains what happened and why. He took the plea because his former lawyers conveyed legal threats from the FBI and DOJ, “charges against me, my son, as well as the potential of a long term prison sentence.” A 15-year prison sentence, his lawyers said, plus “the Manafort treatment.” Flynn was intimidated by the dire prospects and did what he was advised by counsel to do in order to preserve his son’s freedom — he plead guilty. His former lawyers told him what to say and how to say it, and Flynn did as he was advised by the people he trusted. Little did he know, Flynn’s lawyers had other interests at heart, conflicting interests, to be precise.

This is what I call BROWN SHIRT behavior. We saw it in Germany under Hitler. And we saw it in the “shutdown” during Obama, where government officials obeyed illegal orders and shut down memorials that had no gates or locks. So what do you do when those in authority obey illegal orders and arrest and jail the innocent. Like the Federal judge did Kim Davis, when she was obeying the law. Did that judge face any punishment? Of course not. Just like Hillary has not seen the inside of a jail.
All we have left is that GOD DOES NOT MAKE MISTAKES WHEN HE JUDGES.

DO NOT TRY TO NEW YORK US. Guilty should pay for what they did. Congress should pay for what they do also. Put some skin in the game and a lot of the stupid things demonrats come up with would stop… If they do not work for the people, fire them…. Special Interest Groups should not be allowed. Clean bills in the future only. Make this a law.

There needs to be visible justice, anything less than gitmo puts the perps high up on the purge list.

This level of behavior has evolved over a long period of time starting with J EDGAR HOOVER himself. The more they have been able to get away with through the years, the more confidence they gained to get away with even more. Modern means of communication and investigation by legal teams and independent investigators has blown this balloon of cover-up to shreds. It is about time. If the major players within the FBI are not prosecuted, it will wind up being just another back room deal from the same old play book.

Flynn is not the only one—by far! The DOJ has been using these same tactics for years against regular Americans and American companies. To drive leftist agendas they raided the Gibson guitar company and confiscated their lawfully obtained inventory. They threatened to ruin a friend of mine’s exotic fish business claiming a man he’d never met accused him of an illegal transaction. Oh, and his supposed accuser had died, and was the sole witness. The DOJ threatened him with 29 years in prison and a court fight that would bankrupt him.

They do this routinely. Any defense attorney that handles these cases can give you scores of examples.

Mike, have your excellent attorneys seek the indictment of these criminal federal agents and prosecutors, sue them for monetary damages so large they will wish they were never born and seek the indictment of Chris Wray, the profoundly useless current head of the FBI. Then sue the Democrat politicians that have used you for their own purposes the last few years without ANY basis.

It’s called “qualified immunity” — you can’t sue a federal prosecutor of “law enforcement” officer. The case would be thrown out of court long before it even got to court.

Qualified immunity only applies when a prosecutor performs his/her duties FAITHFULLY, within the boundaries of the law. Once prosecutors exceed their authority, or violate the law on a case then they CAN be sued for “prosecutorial misconduct.”

Finding out what happened to gen Flynn is not surprising. If a person looks back at what the Obama administration did to the rancher in Nevada. there was little news coverage of. The same thing was done to mr Bundy. I haven’t heard of any charges brought up against any one for doing the same thing.

If they get charged and convicted there’s no chance that they’ll get sent to a really tough prison. They’ll serve some light sentence in a Federal Hilton like at Maxwell AFB mowing lawns and picking up litter under minimum supervision. I’ve witnessed some of the white collar criminals at Maxwell and they had it really super easy. Justice in America isn’t ever equal.

Now nothing the FBI did was our of order as far as the law goes, everything you mention here is done at some time or other by every law enforcement agency in the USA and in the Free World. Now the only crime that Flynn is charged with is lying to a Federal Agent, all the other BS mentioned here is irrelevant, just flynn wasting a lot of money on lawyers to stir the pot to make the FBI look like lawless crooks which Trump has been doing since he took office. The FBI is the ones who investigate Corporate crime and i do think according to the records they have investigated Trump 7 times before he became President for his shady dealings, and just like now Trump always waqlked away thrrowing someone else under the bus.
