CEO of Space X, Tesla, and Twitter, Elon Musk went after World Economic Forum chairman Klaus Schwab for his summit on “mastering the future.” Schwab has been heavily criticized for his extreme influence despite not being an elected official, regularly challenges free market capitalism and advocates for preventing climate change. As their mission statement says, the WEF’s goal is to “demonstrate entrepreneurship in the global public interest while upholding the highest standards of governance. … Our activities are shaped by a unique institutional culture founded on the stakeholder theory, which asserts that an organization is accountable to all parts of society.”

The WEF rose to prominence during COVID-19, when in June of 2020 they unveiled “The Great Reset,” which looks to utilize COVID-19’s changes on society to push a political agenda. This team of world leaders and powerful CEOs have an extremely large amount of influence on politics. In 2020, the WEF’s Ida Auken said in The Fourth Industrial Revolution, “You’ll own nothing. And you’ll be happy. Whatever you want you’ll rent and it’ll be delivered by drone.” Statements of this nature are largely why Schwab and the WEF as a whole are so heavily criticized – they have large amounts of power and influence over our elected officials, however, we never elected the WEF to be the decision-makers on the direction of our country and way of life. However, like dark money and lobbyists, and powerful companies such as Blackrock, this $1.2 billion organization has a similar amount of influence.

The WEF has brought on figures such as at the time Vice President Joe Biden, Chinese President Xi Jinping, and Gretta Thunberg. Donald Trump has also been a speaker at their annual forum in the past, however, in 2020 his tone was message were the most different throughout the multiple speakers that day – boasting about a “blue-collar boom,” and traditional American capitalist values, which were poorly received by those who agree with the central message of the WEF.

Musk, while being a highly influential billionaire himself, advocates for free speech, and attempts to use his influence in a way that helps the everyday citizens of the United States utilize their voice in a way that can’t be censored. This was a major reason he bought Twitter. Since the election of Donald Trump in 2016, Twitter began censoring and removing users from the platform unnecessarily, and they only increased their amount of censorship in the years following until Elon Musk was able to purchase Twitter, then became the CEO in 2022.

On Twitter, Musk went after Schwab for attempting to be the “boss of Earth,” saying:

“‘Master the Future’ doesn’t sound ominous at all. How is WEF/Davos even a thing? Are they trying to be the boss of Earth!?”

As Scott Adam’s said in his Tweet, “What exactly do they do? And why?,” the WEF is notoriously unclear about their goals, however, when world leaders are involved suddenly things can get through to them quite clearly. Their mission statements as well as calling on the public to “Master the Future” typically don’t resonate with anyone, due in large part to the fact that we don’t have a say in Schwab’s goals or ambitions, and it would be more accurate if he insisted that we simply watch him “Master the Future.”

In a separate Tweet thread, Musk yet again calls out Schwab and the WEF, this time calling the group “Satanic.”

  1. The w e f and the WHO is satanic. Everyone pushing this woke ideology and pushing this climate change BS is satanic. It’s just like a religion go against what they believe you’re excommunicated from the group just like religion. That’s how you know it’s not about the science it’s all about total capitulation otherwise making it totalitarian in nature! They want no debate or dissention! Whenever someone tells you that the science is settled that just means they want no more debate then you follow the politics and the money and there you have the climate change cabal! That’s exactly what it is! If we all told the politicians if they agree to everything that they have just tried to force us to do then we will do it not until then! Then it all boils down to rules for the and not for me! There you have communist politics 101!

  2. This is the ultra wealthy who think , because they are good at business and ripping citizens off, that they are intellectual superior to “ ordinary “ people. No! They are not anything but rich and dirty.

  4. “You’ll own nothing. And you’ll be happy. Whatever you want you’ll rent, and it’ll be delivered by drone.” contradicts Schwab’s goal “Master the Future”.

Let us challenge him and his crooked friends to put their money where their mouth is.
Freeze and seize their assets for the goodness of global well-being. Apply the funds to their pet current pseudo crisis – CLIMATE CHANGE.
In exchange let them live in an apartment with minimal furnishings and give them MREs (Meals Ready to Eat) until such time when they meet in Davos. Teir stay in Davos will be in a Military encampment with tents, and they will be disallowed to enter if in their journey at any time they contributed to the Green House Gas problem by using a vehicle that utilized fossil fuels of any kind.
The only exception to the fossil fuel usage will be granted if they do not exhale Carbon dioxide between the two Davos meetings. This may perhaps shrink the Ozone hole at a faster rate.

If not, they are a bunch of oxymoronic individuals, just like the nincompoops who elected an imbecile as a President.

    Give me a break.
