Trump himself asked for national guard troops days before the rally but his request was not acted on. Pelosi was in charge of security at the capital building but she’s nowhere to be found when asked these questions.
We also have evidence of Trumps speech where those words were never uttered . Also the timing is off. The speech wasn’t over when the breech occurred.
