Can’t impeach a President a 2nd time, because, the Constitution states it. Can’t impose the 25th Amendment, either. Neither can be accomplished as there is not time enough to do so. Pence already said “NO” to 25h Amendment. They may have gotten together & voted, but, that vote is mute. The politicians are so ignorant about anything, I can’t imagine any of their IQ’s being above ZERO. They know nothing about the Constitution or the Amendments. They simply put a word on Google that may be mentioned in any amendment & then run with it. This is how they treat “we the people”, but, I truly think their type of insulting us is over. Politics is a an enigma to me. The population generally dislike the professional politician that makes his money by selling favors over the years and they want them thrown out. Then these save voters vote against funding the project. A past political savvy professor described these acts accurately when he uttered that when it comes to voters, “the masses are asses”.

That they are still in the Senate is surprising and is evidence that much of the Republican rank-and-file hasn’t been paying attention, or they haven’t had primary challengers. If they vote to convict, primary challengers will become more likely, if not assured. I will certainly vote for and support any conservative who challenges anyone who votes to convict.

Nothing in his speech promoted or indorsed insurrection. Removed from office? He shall be out of office in seven days. The House did not follow established procedures for this impeachment. No evidence was presented. The President was not given an opportunity to respond. There was just a bunch of worthless politicians standing up and parroting the same lies and false accusation. Pelosi and company have made a mockery of our Constitution and the impeachment process. They have demonstrated a low level of petty vindictiveness. They have shamed the nation!
