A Nevada church declared victory after a federal court ruled against Democrat Gov. Steve Sisolak’s coronavirus restrictions on houses of worship.
Per the Daily Wire:
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decided that Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley, which is in Lyon County, Nevada, is allowed to hold in-person services at 25% capacity, which reversed a lower court ruling maintaining that they must abide by state mandates capping church gatherings at 50 people.
“The court has finally made it clear that the government has a duty to respect the First Amendment, and it can’t treat churches like second-class citizens,” said senior pastor Garry Leist in a video posted to Facebook.
“We’re so thankful to the Lord for what He’s done,” Leist added. “We’re singing praises to the Lord today.”
Leist assured his viewers that the church would abide by common sense safety standards, and that “we’re going to be able to take and come back into fellowship without fear, and that’s amazing, and that’s something that we’ve been praying for and asking God to grant throughout this entire process.”
The Ninth Circuit’s ruling is but the latest from judges receptive to the argument that attending religious services is essential.
That moron in effect lost his Governorship Source: the Constitution Ex parte Milligan. All Governors and Mayors who even just went along with the imbecilic lockdown are now out of power. It says presidents too, but he was never in favor of it.
Yet the constitution states that the free practice of religion shall not be impeded. So saying 25% while a better than the other order is still a violation of the 1st amendment. If we allow the leader class dictate how much of our rights we deserve then we will eventually loose our rights.

You have not read what God says about the times of the ANTICHRIST. During his reign, Christians will die. die and die. And just like the Christians being killed around the world by the animal like muslims, those Christians go immediately into the presence of God.

I am of free will and I believe the good lord and his son Jesus is looking out for me and my family. They are trying to take our rights away by not letting us go to church when we see fit. But you can go to Walmart. Have you been to Walmart in the past few days. Omg it’s definitely Xmas time with all the rude people and rude customer service. I will not fear this. The lord will protect me he has this far… They are lieing to the American people for there own agenda. We need to wake up and start fighting back before it’s to late. While this is good news a proper religious liberty ruling would have been to throw out all restrictions on religious services. This merely tells the tyrants that the line in the sand is not as far towards their side as they first thought.
You can safely bet that Sisolak was okay with “cat-houses” being open without restrictions….
That was NO WIN!!!!! 25% IS A slap in the face. The death rate for covid is less than 1% of those who get it. And that is less than the flu. Do they have restrictions on gatherings for FLU???????? Of course not.
