*UPDATE* With 98% of estimated votes reported, Joe Biden has won Pennsylvania with a 0.5% lead, giving him more than 270 electoral votes. President-elect Biden will address the nation at 8 p.m ET. Rudy Giuliani is claiming the courts should invalidate the results. However, a growing number of Republicans seemed focused on moving the country forward.

The timing of results in Pennsylvania has remained frustratingly slow. Roughly half of Pennsylvanians voted absentee. Due to state law, officials couldn’t start counting their ballots until 7 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3.
A court acceded to the Trump campaign’s request to allow observers to watch the ballot-counting process in Philadelphia, a limited success against officials there who were subsequently reported to have obstructed Trump’s observers.
Philadelphia election officials have not provided an update on when they’ll finish counting ballots, but Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D) has promised an update this evening. The latest additional results show Trump’s lead below 100,000 votes.
Charges of election rigging and allegations of vote fraud have become widespread:
Pennsylvania is accepting ballots till Nov 6, even if there’s no postmark.
That means ballots can still submitted — Democrats made sure of it.

Rep. Hice is correct, although that was done legally. A ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court dictated that ballots received by November 6 “that lack a postmark or other proof of mailing or for which the postmark or other proof of mailing is illegible, should enjoy a presumption that they were mailed on Election Day.”
Officials have counted well over 90% of Pennsylvania’s vote. However, 17% of the vote in Philadelphia County remains outstanding. President Trump leads Joe Biden statewide by 1.5 points.

This whole election should be invalidated. We know Trump won BIG but they want to cast doubt on his Presidency. We should not have another election till voter registrations are cleaned up and till be go back to paper ballots and each state is required to have members of every political party double checking every ballot. (That’w how the did in Florida in 2000 disaster .) NO illegals, no criminals, no pets or cartoon characters get to vote in a land of law and order. The fraud is obviously apparent. PA conducted illegals already with the state AG indicating voter laws which is the job of the legislator. The FEC and others whom enabled the purported fraud must be indicted and imprisoned. One PA official verbally endorsed democrats which is illegal.

Totally agree. In fact, Obama was too quiet during Biden’s campaign. Still waters run deep! It is obvious why he never left Washington which was unprecedented for no former President takes up residence in Washington after his term has ended. No, we did NOT have a fair election. May we used to get fair elections. We have not had fair elections for at least the pas 15 years!!! I am sure Obama’s elections for the last two terms received illegal votes (could who guess from who??) and also Hillary’s supposedly popular votes!!! – again illegal votes were cast to create these illusions. And now, during this election, of course, illegal votes, gaming the system, and dead people voting (and so I hear, even dogs and cats received mail-in ballots!!). No, we did not have a fair election this year, nor during the elections of congressmen and senators; the whole nation has been living one BIG, FAT ELECTION LIE!!!). You need to allow absentee ballots. I was not in my state to vote early or in person. I am a registered voter and “requested a ballot” (different from just mailing everybody a ballot) which I received after waiting a little over 2 weeks. I then drove my completed ballot, did not mail it in, and handed it to the office representative at my county board of elections office. That should be safe. Due to Covid 9 they only allowed 4 drop offs (4 people at one time) in the office at a time. No lines, very easy. Done way in advance. I agree with picture voter ID for all.

There’s tougher rules for posting things on the internet than for voting. How come some websites make you have a Facebook account to post comments? How did THAT happen to be accepted . I refuse to have a Facebook account, it’s too dangerous. If they can tell by your email IP that you have already voted in a survey, then it should be that easy for an election.

The Federal government must not only set uniform laws applying to every state, they must have armed officers in each polling place to verify the accuracy of the count. Voting must be reformed before we have another communist claim victory along with a demented old man who needs to be in jail.
Every state should adapt Pennsylvania law, if Pennsylvania doesn’t adapt other state laws.
