Authorities in Chicago released a Mexican immigrant despite Immigration & Customs Enforcement’s warning, are now reaping the whirlwind as the individual they let go proceeded to allegedly rape a three-year-old girl in a McDonald’s bathroom.

Per the Daily Mail:

Christopher Puente, 34, is accused of sexually assaulting the girl at the restaurant on 600 N. Clark St. in the River North area of the city at around 8am on February 19.

The alleged attack happened while the girl’s father was in another stall with her brother, who had had an accident in the restaurant.

However, ICE had requested that police continue detaining the previously deported felon – who had convictions for forced-entry burglary and forgery.

Despite his background, Chicago declined ICE’s June 2019 request to detain Puente.

ICE has experienced substantial difficulty working with sanctuary jurisdictions like Chicago. The Windy City alone denied more than 1,000 detainer requests in 2019.

  1. These agenda driven leaders are betraying the very citizens that elected them. Did they not take an oath to uphold and obey the laws of their state and the nation??? Their primary job is to serve and protect the American Public. Time for removal and some jail time living with the criminal illegals they so love. They may have a slightly different mindset after a bout with reality.

  2. The father of that little girl should sue the people responsible for allowing tha rapist/animal back out onto the streets of Chicago. If they are personally held responsible, maybe the sanctuary BS will stop!
