During day 2 of CPAC 2023, Nikki Haley used her 15 minutes on stage to promote her 2024 bid for the Oval Office. She started by addressing the leftist liberal media and Don Lemon and noted that their negative coverage of her candidacy is due to her being the daughter of immigrants, a woman, and a minority – traits that should make her a liberal according to the left, but instead make her a defender of the American Dream.
Haley went on to discuss the American Dream, which many people come to the US to achieve, and how it is now in danger with Joe Biden as president.
One of the most controversial issues Haley raised during her White House announcement was the need for a mental competency test for our leaders. It is crucial to ensure that those who lead our country are competent enough to make America what it is today, and without accountability, we can see the effects of poor leadership.
During her speech at CPAC 2023, Nikki Haley did not shy away from addressing Don Lemon’s comments. She called out the left’s sexism and how they try to cover it up. She also questioned why a woman at the age of 51, like herself, would be considered “past her prime” just because she is younger than Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and even Don Lemon. Who should decide if someone is past their prime? Haley argued that it should not be the left, and as Americans, we cannot let them have that power.

We are currently engaged in a significant struggle to uphold the American Dream, for the benefit of our children, our futures, and our country. If we fail to fight, we risk leaving our nation in the hands of individuals such as the Bidens, Don Lemon, and the leftist media. Is that the future we desire?
While it remains to be seen if Haley is a viable candidate, current poll numbers indicate that Donald Trump is still the front-runner for the 2024 election. Nonetheless, the message Haley conveyed at CPAC on Friday about fighting for our country and preventing those who can’t articulate a coherent sentence, like Joe Biden, from leading our nation, remains relevant. Haley would then add that we must fight for our country without delay, as time is running out.
