The only difference may be the character of the two men. Jimmy Carter, known to be one of the nicest humans to ever occupy the Oval Office, versus the long corrupt Joe Biden. [READ MORE FBI Investigation looming for Biden?]

Joe Biden’s presidency has been a catastrophe, with many critics likening his rocky tenure as reminiscent of one-term ex-President Jimmy Carter. As time goes on and Biden lurches from crisis to crisis the similarities have become ever more glaring.

Below are multiple categories and issues that were handled disastrously by Joe Biden and Jimmy Carter.

Jobs

The September Jobs Report showed massive catastrophe, with a meager 190,000 being added, far short of the 500,000 expected. Biden beats out Jimmy Carter so far in his presidency regarding failed job numbers.

Consumer Prices Skyrocket

Consumer prices overall rose 0.4% in September, pushing the year-over-year gain to 5.4%, the highest since January 1991.

Gas Prices Out of Control

Due to Biden’s sudden cancellation of the Keystone XL Pipeline, which provided tens of thousands of jobs to the country and kept gas transportation safe and low cost, he has forced gas prices through the roof. Now, with the recent cyberattack on the Colonial Pipeline, just this week, according to GasBuddy.com, the price per gallon nationwide has gone up more than five cents in just the last week.

Border Crisis

After Biden’s moratorium on deportations at the southern border and his end of the “Remain in Mexico” program President Trump brokered, he created a border crisis in just days after taking the presidency. Last month, apprehensions were at a record high with deportations at a record low.

Hamas Attacking U.S. Ally Israel

Biden’s failure to stand by Israel, one of our country’s most stalwart allies, Hamas began attacks on the Jewish state. “As Jonathan Schanzer notes, the Biden team’s drive to restore the Iran nuclear deal plainly inspired Tehran’s terrorist clients to start firing, even as it makes Israel less willing to listen to Washington’s efforts to broker a cease-fire,” wrote the NY Post.

‘Climate Change’

Biden rejoined the Paris Climate Agreement, which is projected to destroy anywhere from 400,000 and 2.7 million jobs. Carter also killed energy jobs by signing the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, which regulates strip mining.

Infrastructure

According to the Republican Party, “Biden is proposing a job-destroying $2 trillion tax hike to fund a Green New Deal-style ‘infrastructure’ package, which studies say would threaten 159,000 American jobs and lower workers’ wages.”

Tax Hikes

Biden’s tax hike proposal would raise the combined tax rate on U.S. businesses to the highest of any country in the G7 or Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Biden wants capital gains taxes to hit nearly 40%, which is the highest increase proposed since Carter. According to the Wall Street Journal, “Mr. Carter wanted to tax capital gains at the same rate as ordinary income — effectively doubling the rate for many taxpayers.”

Unions Making Decisions About Schools

Joe Biden has let teacher’s unions make decisions, including American Federation of Teachers boss Randi Weingarten, “who is leading the anti-science charge to keep America’s schools closed. Now that Biden is president, he has refused to call out the group,” says the GOP.

I couldn’t wait one more day to have this meeting, to say thank you on behalf of a grateful nation, to educators for their heroic commitment to students during this pandemic. You’ve been so strong, and we will be strong in our support for you. Via Wikimedia Commons.

Pack the Court!

Despite Biden criticizing court packing for decades, he has refused to speak out against House and Senate Democrats abandoning decades of bipartisan agreement by proposing court-packing legislation. Carter was a big proponent of court-packing.

Sucking Up to China

Joe Biden has refused to criticize Xi Jinping, China’s dictator, even saying he didn’t “mean it as a criticism” when he called Xi “undemocratic.” In 1979, Jimmy Carter made the decision to normalize relations with the country.

Comments

  1. Carter was pretty bad. His “Nice Guy” image was over-emphasized, as he embraced demagoguery as his political stance. He was basically Johnson’s protege.

  2. The eternal, crucial difference between Jimmy Carter and Biden is that President Carter is a ‘follower of the Lord Jesus Christ’. God is his authority. Biden is a ‘follower of Lucifer’ His authority comes from Satan, and himself.

  3. The dementia jo handlers are doing this on purpose to break this country down and create a new slave state of America. All democrats were for slavery and murdered Abraham Lincoln because Republicans were against the slave trade and Camilla Harris had ancestors that sold slaves just like a good democrat! (Jamaica)
Remove all these communist democrat pedophile cult members from our country and exile them in Afghanistan!
