One Subject at a Time Bill Act – no adding poison pills to must pass bills, no extraneous subjects, no earmarks.
Read the Bills Act – read the entire bills in both Houses with proper quorums and post online before voting. Require congress people to certify they’ve read the bills under penalty of perjury.
Enumerated Powers Act – State where and why an act is specifically authorized in the Constitution without relying on the misuse of the Necessary and Proper, Commerce, and Sovereignty Acts.
Balanced Budget Act – require all bills be financed without raising taxes more than the rate of inflation or by soaking certain classes of people.
