A new California bill would force public education facilities to provide free menstrual products on campus for the use of women and “transgender men, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming people who may also menstruate.”

The Menstrual Equity for All Act of 2021, which was introduced by Democrat Assemblymember Cristina Garcia, would require  “at least 50% of restrooms” in middle schools, high schools, community colleges, and universities, to be stocked with feminine hygiene products.

Public agencies that maintain public and employee-only bathrooms are expected to comply as well, and private higher education institutions have been requested to participate with the mandate.

“California recognizes that access to menstrual products is a basic human right and is vital for ensuring the health, dignity, and full participation of all Californians in public life,” the bill states.

“Inadequate menstrual support is associated with both health and psychosocial issues, particularly among low-income people,” it reads. “A lack of access to menstrual products can cause emotional distress, physical infection, and disease.”

Despite referring to feminine hygiene products as “feminine” in the bill, menstrual products are also supposed to be made available for biological males.

“California has an interest in promoting gender equity, not only for women and girls, but also for transgender men, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming people who may also menstruate and experience inequities resulting from lack of access to menstrual products,” the bill states.

The legislation alleges that the provision of menstrual products in learning facilities ensures that the state “provides equal access to education and enables students to reach their full potential, irrespective of gender.”

“It is the intent of the Legislature that this act provide for the health, dignity, and safety of menstruating students at every socioeconomic level, normalize menstruation among all genders, and foster gender competency in California schools, colleges, and universities,” the bill states.

If passed the bill will go into effect prior to the start of the 2022-23 school year.

  1. Hum, another way to waste money. They sure know how to do that in Calif. Now they say I need a tampax. Where would I put it? Sure glad I move out if there in 1968.

    1. Oops, they stuck this to the wrong post (or I did). . .

They’re actually pretty good for sealing up bullet wounds so you don’t bleed out before you get to medical help.

    1. LGBTQ individuals are mentally ill and since most Democrats are LGBTQ is it any surprise that insane legislation comes from Democommie controlled cities and states.

  2. “California has an interest in promoting gender equity, not only for women and girls, but also for transgender men, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming people who may also menstruate and experience inequities resulting from lack of access to menstrual products,” the bill states. ”

And just how is that supposed to happen?! Through the nose or what? I admit that I may not be well informed of these make believe genders, but how is that physically possible?

What happened to the follow the science crowd?

On second thought please don’t tell me and NEVER ever submit any pictures!!

  3. The problem with the Left is they never know when to stop. They Go from subtle and sublime to crazy to ridiculous to absolute insanity. Total loss of rational thought and they expect the world to follow them! So sad!

  4. Just when you think you could not possibly be surprised by anything from the land of the fruits and nuts the moronic politicians and educators in leftist commie California put forth a piece of legislation to pay for feminine hygiene products for men who think they menstruate. This only proves that transgenders are mentally ill; and one could make the same case for the legislators that wrote and support this bill. One has to wonder in amazement just where a biological male is supposed to insert a tampon??? The rectum I guess; ouch, ouch 😓 the thought of it hurts. I cannot tell you how fortunate and blessed I feel not to live in such a stupid environment as California. The Midwest has never felt soooo good!!!!! I fully expect that the few remaining sane individuals in California are renting Uhauls and hitting I70 East bound.

    1. Apparently they do in California. I now am just waiting to see a biological Californian male have a baby. Absolute insanity.

  5. The state has no business in providing feminine hygiene products to anyone, male or female. People should take responsibility for their own needs.

  6. Fyi, some colleges across the U.S. have already started doing this, so California is not the first to come up with this. Sad but true.

  7. How about to have underware, clothes, shoes, etc available in the restrooms because it is also necessities and required for the healthy living of every human
However, government should not be required to provide all this. Usually, this is a responsibility of every individual. Feminism products are usually available in the restrooms on emergency basis only.

  8. Everybody of the 57 different genders needs at least one of these menstrual kits! These kits are what Preppers use in the wild to start a life saving fire, keep body heat from dissipating during a freeze, and to stop the bleeding from a wound!

  9. Everybody of the 57 different genders needs at least one of these menstrual kits! These kits are what Preppers use in the wild to start a life saving fire, keep body heat from dissipating during a freeze, and to stop the bleeding from a wound!

  10. So there you have absolute proof of supposed adults too ignorant of biology or perhaps too stupid to comprehend the medical and scientific impossibility of biological males menstruating. Obviously a perfect example why education should never be confused with intelligence.

  11. “Inadequate menstrual support is associated with both health and psychosocial issues, particularly among low-income [also low-information] people,” it reads. “A lack of access to menstrual products can cause emotional distress, physical infection, and disease.” [Since these problems rarely happened last century, what went wrong with the schools? – could it be incompetent public school sex “education” among other mistakes?]

“California has an interest in promoting gender equity, not only for women and girls, but also for transgender men, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming people who may also menstruate and experience inequities resulting from lack of access to menstrual products,” the bill states. [They don’t seem to know that all of these people are biological FEMALES! The pseudo-need to provide these products in boys’ and girls’ rooms is the result of allowing girls to be in the boys’ room – simple cause-effect relationship that these legislator “adults” can’t seem to figure out!]

“It is the intent of the Legislature that this act provide for the health, dignity, and safety of menstruating students at every socioeconomic level, normalize menstruation among all genders, and foster gender competency in California schools, colleges, and universities,” the bill states. [The inanity of this statement of supposed (legislator) adults is that “menstruation among all genders” is limited to biological FEMALES!]

  12. News Flash!!! Men do not need Tampax or sanitary napkins. Women can’t become men merely by taking hormones. Their body and muscle structure are different from males no matter what they do. It is in the DNA. A hair cut and facial hair do not make a woman a male. Sorry ladies.

  13. Like we didn’t already know that the CA legislature is a bunch of epic [feminine-hygeine products]. . .

    1. They’re actually pretty good for sealing up bullet wounds so you don’t bleed out before you get to medical help.

  14. So, the taxpayers will pay for the installation of these dispensers? Since trans people are already using girls/women restrooms where these are already installed, they now want to install these in boys/men restrooms for females who think they are males. Do I have that right? F’n madness!

  15. Just another indication that wherever Progressives are in control, the inmates are running the asylum.
