On Monday, the New York State Supreme Court  reinstated all employees who were fired for not being vaccinated, and ordered backpay and saying their rights had been violated. The court found that “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.” This ruling comes in contrast to far left NYC mayor Eric Adam’s comments  earlier this year that his administration would not rehire employees who had been fired over their vaccination status.

  1. Took them long enough. That is if the employee wants the stinking job back. Most have moved on and now they will be in a world of hurt. The back pay will be nice then they just leave again for greener pastures. Stupid people do STUPID things just look at BIDEN. A real POS.

  2. I hope that all those that made the decisions to terminate the employment of those that wouldn’t get the jab must personally pay the price for their nasty actions. Everyday taxpayers shouldn’t have to pay for those mistakes. Those responsible have assets that can be liquidated!!! After all, look what the injured parties likely lost!
