Devon Archer, once close companions with Hunter Biden and a former member of the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma alongside him, is scheduled to testify before the House Oversight Committee. His testimony is expected to challenge the narrative presented by the Biden family. Sources indicate that Archer will assert that during discussions with foreign business partners and investors, Hunter frequently engaged his father, Joe Biden, in conversations through phone calls, estimating approximately twenty-four occurrences.

Despite consistent denials from Joe Biden regarding discussions about his son’s foreign business dealings, Archer’s testimony is poised to shed light on a different perspective. Bound by a sense of civic duty, Archer will testify under immunity, firmly believing that the accusations against him lack substance and are intended to stifle his voice.

Archer plans to discuss a significant meeting that took place in 2015 when he and Hunter met with the Burisma board in Dubai. During this meeting, they received a call from a senior Burisma executive who sought to connect with Hunter. On the call, Hunter introduced his father to the executives and indicated they required support.

The revelations could potentially implicate Joe Biden in his son’s overseas business affairs during his tenure as vice president. Another former business partner of Hunter, Tony Bobulinski, has previously claimed that Joe would participate in business calls with Hunter on speakerphone during gatherings with associates. Such testimonies raise inquiries into the extent of Joe Biden’s involvement in the international influence-peddling activities of the Biden family. The House Oversight Committee eagerly anticipates hearing Archer’s account and further exploring the implications.
