Meet the Lawman Fighting Buttigieg's Radical Abortion Policy

Few have known that for so long as Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill.
Hill, a rising star in Hoosier politics, is once again taking the fight to Buttigieg, who is openly expressing support for a South Bend, Indiana abortion provider to operate – without a state license.
A judge's ruling temporarily allows the abortion clinic to remain open.
But, Attorney General Hill is vigorously appealing.
Per the Indy Star:
In an effort to prevent the clinic from opening, Hill asked for an immediate stay until the state’s appeal can be considered.
Days before, U.S. District Court Judge Sarah Evans Barker granted Whole Woman's Health Alliance a temporary injunction in its lawsuit against the state, saying that the Indiana State Department of Health's prior rejection of a license for the clinic violates due process and equal protections.
“This federal judge seems to believe that every large city in the state is entitled to its own abortion clinic,” Hill said in a news release Monday. “She further seems to think that state licensing requirements must give way whenever a clinic proposes to open in a city without one. The U.S. Supreme Court has never even remotely implied that such a rule exists.”
Indiana’s licensing law doesn’t prevent an abortion clinic from opening in South Bend, Hill continued in the appeal documents. It just requires that the clinic first obtain a license from the state.
Hill also argues that unlicensed abortion clinics could cause harm to their patients.
