4.)	Red Flag Laws
Stepping away from politicians for a moment, we look at the troubling, new red flag laws. 

The ostensibly gun violence prevention laws are predicated on the idea that police or family members can petition a court to seize someone's firearms. 

After a set time, a judge decides the guns are returned to the individual from whom they were taken unless the court extends the period of confiscation.

One concern from gun owners is that red flag laws hamper the right to due process, a cornerstone of our justice system.

Another surrounds the controversy that a scorned family member or some dubious source could undermine your Second Amendment rights.
