Wallace, the host of Fox News Sunday fact-checked Sarah Huckabee Sanders during an interview after he took issue with misleading claims Homeland Security had prevented 3,000 "special interest aliens" from crossing the border.

Wallace clarified that this designation meant that those people happen to come from the same countries as other terrorists – not that they are terrorists.

Sanders responded by doubling down, claiming that 4,000 "known or suspected terrorists" have entered the U.S. illegally and since the southern border is the most porous, that's where we need a border wall – before Wallace interrupted her:

"Wait, wait, wait, because I know the statistic, I didn't know if you were gonna use it but I studied up on this. Do you know where those 4,000 people come from, where they're captured? Airports. The State Department says there hasn't been any terrorist that they've found coming across the southern border."
