9.) Samuel Adams

“The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms.” – Samuel Adams

Samuel Adams knew his stuff. Adams also called it like it was at the time. The American Revolution was fought, in no small part, to prevent tyrants from trying to disarm the people.
