6.) The Vietnam War

Ken Burns’ ten-part, 18-hour documentary is available in its entirety on Netflix. Instead of liberal propaganda, the documentary straightforwardly covers America’s four-decades-long odyssey in Southeast Asia to stop communism, what it was like for those who fought there, and how the war divided Americans in a way from which we’ve never fully recovered.

It is a fitting tribute to the men who fought and died in Vietnam.
