4.) Doggie Hamlet

The National Endowment for the Arts spent $30,000 on a production of “Doggie Hamlet,” which included human actors chasing dogs and sheep like idiots in an open field in New Hampshire. It’s not like we’re $21 Trillion in debt or anything. It’s art, you wouldn’t understand.
