Ingrid, another MS-13 member, was added to ICE’s most wanted list before Thanksgiving in coordination with the start of Operation Raging Bull. The 5′ 2″, 110 pound El Salvadorian national’s last known location is unknown. Nonetheless, she is considered extremely dangerous.
